8 ounces plain yoghurt 1T chopped fresh dill
2T olive oil 3 cloves pressed garlic
1T lemon juice 1C grated cucumber
1/2t ground black pepper
Line a sieve with paper towel and place the yoghurt in. Let the liquid drain out of the yoghurt for a few hours until nice and thick.
Place the grated cucumber in a kitchen towel. Wring the towel to squeeze the liquid out of the grated cucumber.
Combine the ingredients and blend thoroughly.
