2 cans 385ml coconut milk 1C cooked small tapioca
1/4C sweetened condensed milk 2C or more (Go for more!) toasted pinipig
1C cooked red gelatin (flavored mine with a pandan leaf)
Combine coconut milk and condensed milk. Mix well.
Toss in gelatin and tapioca. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Top with the toasted pinipig before serving.
